I help you navigate the journey of building your family, supporting you to make the decisions that are right for you. No more scary midnight Googling or wading through endless social media posts and wondering who to believe. I’m here with you to provide trustworthy, detailed and (believe it or not) fun(!) antenatal knowledge that doesn’t just skim the surface but delves deep into the important stuff as and when you need it. I know what this means to you and I can’t wait to be alongside you and watch you flourish once you’re feeling, informed, empowered and confident.

Nobody can ever guarantee you a certain pregnancy or birth experience or outcome, but what I can guarantee you is:
* A minimum of 8 hours of teaching and discussion, where you and any birth partners will develop detailed knowledge of all that is pregnancy, birth and beyond.
* Support to navigate emotions, appointments, plans and those niggling little worries that get you at 3am - I’m here for all of it.
* 1:1 coaching for you and anyone on the journey with you. Practical and emotional support right at your fingertips to help you plan out what’s right for you.
* If you’ve chosen to have me present at your birth, my 24/7 availability for your labour birth and my calm presence to witness your transformational experience.
* Gentle nurturing throughout your postnatal period. Supportive listening, guidance, signposting and practical tips to help you navigate those early weeks.

No problem! If you’re wanting to work in person I travel internationally to attend births and work with my clients, just get in touch and we can chat about how this works. If you’re looking at coaching and support throughout pregnancy there are lots of brilliant ways for us to do this remotely too. Let’s chat!

Me too! The people you are choosing to surround yourself with during your pregnancy and birth are SUPER important to our work together. This is as much about them as it is about you. I want them to leave our sessions feeling knowledgeable, confident and ready to give you what you need. I have lots of birth partner materials and education and it’s not uncommon for a birth partner to be so enthusiastic about the support that they want their own 1:1 sessions so that they are super supported themselves and they know exactly how to handle anything that comes their way.

Not a problem. All of my support is confidential and I have experience of providing support in particularly sensitive situations. I am always happy to discuss what particular measures you may need in place including NDAs, communication protocols or additional security checks. Feel free to get in touch and we can discuss.

I am based in Hastings, East Sussex, and work with clients both in both the UK and internationally. I regularly work with clients to design bespoke packages to suit their needs, including national and international travel. Feel free to get in touch to discuss.

One of the most common questions I get asked as a birth doula is “how does the scheduling work with all the due dates and babies being unpredictable?!” So, here we go…
I support people undergoing assisted conception and antenatally at any point in their journey. For those wishing to book me to be present at their birth, I normally begin working with clients anywhere between 8 and 25 weeks into their pregnancy so this is an ideal time to get in touch. That said, if it’s later on in pregnancy for you, it’s always worth getting in touch as I sometimes have availability or we might find another magical way to make it work.
After we’ve had an initial chat, I will hold a slot for you for a week. You can check my availability and reach out below. If I’m fully booked, drop me an email anyway as we might be able to work something out!
